I have worked in community health for the last few years and at the University at Buffalo counseling center. I received my Master’s Degree from a CACREP-accredited program at Medaille College. Specializing in depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy:

I am dedicated to providing the most up-to-date evidence-based treatments in a safe and comfortable environment and enhancing the quality of life and emotional well-being of people experiencing psychological difficulties with the highest ethical standards.

What you can expect from our first session:

Using empathy, active listening, and validation to build a relationship with my client is an important aspect of treatment. Person center and meeting the client where they are at I find is the best way to help the client manage their symptoms.
