Insurance at Wellness Road Psychology

At Wellness Road Psychology, we understand that the cost of therapy can be a concern for many individuals and families. That’s why we are happy to accept out-of-network insurance benefits for our clients.

If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for your therapy sessions. This means that you can receive some financial assistance to help cover the cost of your therapy.

In addition to accepting out-of-network benefits, we are also pleased to offer in-network coverage for Lyra Health and a limited number of Aetna clients. If you have insurance through Lyra or Aetna, you may be eligible for reduced rates for your therapy sessions.

To use your out-of-network benefits, you will need to pay for your therapy sessions upfront and then submit a claim to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Our team will be happy to provide you with the necessary documentation and information to help you submit your claim.

It’s important to note that every insurance plan is different, so the amount of reimbursement you receive will depend on your specific plan. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network benefits and to find out how much you can expect to be reimbursed.

If you have any questions about using your out-of-network benefits at Wellness Road Psychology, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team is here to help you navigate the process and make therapy as accessible and affordable as possible.

If you want to know beforehand how benefits work,
here are some useful questions to contact your insurance with:

  • Does my insurance plan cover out-of-network benefits?
  • What is the deductible, and has it been met?
  • What percentage of sessions are covered, and what percentage of co-insurance is available?
  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance plan cover?

We are an out-of-network provider, but we’re committed to helping you access mental health as affordably and easily as possible.
